Public Meeting - Telescope Help and Astronomy Q&A

Date(s) - 17/01/2018
7:30pm - 9:30pm

Henry Dixon Hall

This month we will be running a public telescope help and general astronomy Q&A session. NEAS members will be on hand help with setting up and using your new (or old) telescope, as well as providing advice to anyone who is thinking of buying one.

Feel free to bring your telescope along, or if you are considering taking up Astronomy for the new year, why not come and meet us and find out what it’s all about? The session will run whatever the weather.

Anyone is welcome – beginner or expert – and there is no need to pre-book. A small charge applies to help us cover costs (typically £3 for non-members; £2 for members; U16s free). Doors open at 7.30pm with the talk starting at 8.00pm.

Note that if you are using satnav system, this postcode may not take you directly to the hall – please check this Google Maps link if you aren’t sure:
